11/1 - Allen and Oster Connect, but Oswego JV Unable to Slow Kankakee Attack in 9-3 Loss
Game Recap – Saturday, November 1, 2025
Kankakee 9, Oswego JV 3
Oswego JV put up a determined offensive effort on Saturday, but a potent Kankakee scoring surge proved too much in a 9–3 loss. Isaac Allen continued his strong play, striking twice — first on a setup from Logan Oster, and later with an unassisted tally created through sheer persistence. Oster added one of his own in the third, finishing a pass from Blankenburg.
Kankakee’s offense was led by Nordmeyer, who recorded four goals including a power-play marker, while Adams added a hat trick and Most chipped in another. Despite being outshot only 23–17, Oswego struggled to contain Kankakee’s quick-strike transitions and net-front pressure.
Oswego saw penalties to Lindner (2), Allen, and MacLennan, while Kankakee took five infractions of their own. In goal, Drane made 13 saves, with Lewis stopping 14 for Kankakee.
With the loss, Oswego JV moves to 3–7 on the season.
